I write this review with a heavy heart, as I hate leaving negative reviews. However, after being completely ignored after sending multiple emails and Shop messages (to an email address that has worked before) I'm extremely disappointed in the after-sales service.
I bought a silver bangle that has an untrustworthy latch. I emailed very soon after giving my wife the gift and explained it fell off on the first wear, and she's too scared to wear it.
No response. Nothing. Repeated the email multiple times and still got nothing.
It's even started tarnishing after being sat there idle and unworn for this time, so I'm also concerned about the overall quality too and wonder if it is made by C.Cheesman or if it's just a cheap bought in bangle?
I'm genuinely surprised as PRE-sales communication was good, but AFTER-sales communication, well there isn't any.
Yes, the bangle is (for him) relatively inexpensive and perhaps he just can't be bothered with it as he's been paid, but it's left a really bad taste for me, and as such it's perhaps worthy of some caution if you are thinking of buying from this shop and expecting any kind of after-sales service should anything go wrong.
I thought I'd try an independent shop rather than the high street, but in terms of aftercare it seems the high street might have been the better option after all.
For me, I'll just sit here with this unworn bangle pristine in its box. Not exactly how I planned her birthday present. Thanks, Mr Cheesman.
